Keep It Movin' is built around a simple principle: your health data is yours. We don't collect it, store it on servers, or share it. Everything stays on your device.
Overview
Keep It Movin' does not require an account. There is no registration, no login, and no personal information transmitted to us. The app functions entirely on your device using data you have already granted access to through Apple Health.
Data we access
Keep It Movin' requests read access to the following Apple Health data types: workouts (swim, bike, run), heart rate, resting heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), and sleep analysis.
This data is used solely to generate your daily workout suggestion and training status. We only access the data types necessary to provide this functionality. You can revoke access at any time via the Health app on your iPhone.
Data storage
Some Health data is cached locally on your device to avoid re-computing results each time you open the app. This cache is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to any server operated by us. Deleting the app removes all cached data.
Third-party integrations
Keep It Movin' offers optional integrations with third-party services such as intervals.icu. These integrations are entirely opt-in. Data is only sent to a third party when you explicitly initiate an export by tapping the relevant button.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any service you choose to connect before doing so.
Analytics and tracking
Keep It Movin' contains no analytics, advertising SDKs, crash reporting tools, or any other third-party tracking software. We do not know how you use the app, and we do not collect usage data of any kind.
Children's privacy
Keep It Movin' is not directed at children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect any information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
