Why Keep It Movin' exists.

The problem

Most training platforms are frustrating in the same ways. Recommendations appear with no explanation for why a particular workout was chosen. Plans are complex, rigid, and fall apart the moment life gets in the way. The science behind the suggestions is buried, or absent entirely.

A lot of athletes (especially those balancing training with busy lives) don't want a 12-week plan. They want to know what to do today, and why.


The idea

Keep It Movin' is built around one simple goal: give you the right workout for today with a clear explanation grounded in up-to-date exercise science. No opaque algorithms, no AI, no complex schedules, no guesswork.

It looks at what you've done, how your body is responding, and makes a suggestion that helps you keep making progress without overdoing it.


Built by an athlete, for athletes

Keep It Movin' was created by Jesse Liesch, an outdoors enthusiast who has spent years biking, running, hiking, backpacking, and surfing — and just as many years learning the hard way that more isn't always better. The app grew out of a personal need for something simpler, smarter, and more helpful than what was already out there.
