Yes. Garmin devices can sync workouts directly to Apple Health and Keep It Movin' reads all of its data from there. As long as your Garmin is syncing to Apple Health you're good to go.
There are two known limitations with Garmin's Apple Health sync. First, workouts that include pauses may be missing data at the end of the workout. Second, Garmin only provides heart rate data every 2 minutes which is less detailed than what Apple Watch provides.
Third-party apps like HealthSync or RunGap can help work around both of these issues by syncing your Garmin data to Apple Health with better fidelity. Note that these apps are not affiliated with or supported by Keep It Movin'.
Yes. You can export any workout from Keep It Movin' to intervals.icu with a tap. intervals.icu also supports syncing workouts back to your Garmin device which can be a handy way to get your workouts onto your watch. Note that intervals.icu is not affiliated with or supported by Keep It Movin'.
